We have warehouses for storing over 150000 thousand tons of production seed (sunflower seeds) and tanks for storing 80000 tons of oil. Finished products – packaged in PET bottles of various capacities and packed in corrugated boxes – are stored in a separate warehouse in an amount of up to 50000 tons. The capacity of the creamery allows the processing of 3000-5000 tons of sunflower seeds per day. The productivity of the refining and deodorization department is 5000 tons of oil per day. The capacity of the bottling shop is 3000 tons of oil per day.

The oil plant “LLC LOPATINSKY” is located on a land plot of 2.7 hectares owned. On the territory, there are production buildings, warehouses, tanks for storing oil, a laboratory, a 2000 kW power transformer, a boiler room, and an administrative building.

Since the establishment of Lopatinsky LLC, new imported and Russian equipment has been procured at the oil plant, which made it possible to create and fully equip the refining and deodorization workshop and the oil filling workshop. For this, new production facilities were built.

The Lopatinsky oil plant produces refined and deodorized premium and premium oil of four own patented brands: Gold of the East, Golden Land, Kubanskoe Elite, and Generous Valley. The creamery exports up to 80% of its products to the countries of Central Asia, the Middle East, Transcaucasia, China, Turkey, the Arab Emirates, Vietnam, and Mongolia.

A full cycle of waste-free production has been established at the creamery. In addition to sunflower oil, the plant produces and sells: sunflower cake with high protein content, husk, screening, and soap stock.
